Ingredients:
2–4 fresh oregano leaves (or 1–2 tsp dried)
2 cinnamon sticks (optional)
2 cups water
Preparation:
lace the oregano and cinnamon in a pot.
Add the water and bring to a boil.
Sil for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve hot.
Drink one cup daily on an empty stomach for one week, then continue 3–5 times per week.
