Here’s a simple, nutritious way to enjoy healthy pickled beets—tangy, slightly sweet, and packed with flavor:


🥬 Healthy Pickled Beets

🧾 Ingredients

  • 4–5 medium fresh beets
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black peppercorns
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (optional)
  • 1 small piece of cinnamon stick (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the beets

  • Wash and trim beets
  • Boil or roast until tender (30–45 minutes)
  • Let cool, then peel and slice
