👩🍳 Instructions
1. Make dough
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast
- Add warm water and knead 8–10 minutes until smooth
- Cover and let rise 1 hour (until doubled)
2. Shape bites
- Divide dough into small pieces (about 2–3 cm)
- Roll into balls
3. Boil
- Bring water + baking soda to a boil
- Drop dough balls in for 20–30 seconds
- Remove and drain
👉 This step gives that classic bagel chew.
4. Top
- Place on lined baking sheet
- Brush with egg wash
- Sprinkle generously with everything seasoning
5. Bake
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–18 minutes
- Until golden brown
