- Preheat oven
Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). - Prepare pears
- Slice pears in half lengthwise
- Scoop out the core with a spoon to create a small well
- Arrange & season
- Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish
- Drizzle with olive oil or butter
- Sprinkle with cinnamon (if using)
- Roast
Bake for about 20–25 minutes, until tender but not mushy. - Add toppings
- Remove from oven
- Fill each pear with berries
- Sprinkle blue cheese on top
- Final bake (optional)
