Roasted Pears with Berries & Blue Cheese

  1. Preheat oven
    Set your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare pears
    • Slice pears in half lengthwise
    • Scoop out the core with a spoon to create a small well
  3. Arrange & season
    • Place pears cut-side up in a baking dish
    • Drizzle with olive oil or butter
    • Sprinkle with cinnamon (if using)
  4. Roast
    Bake for about 20–25 minutes, until tender but not mushy.
  5. Add toppings
    • Remove from oven
    • Fill each pear with berries
    • Sprinkle blue cheese on top
  6. Final bake (optional)
