Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary (or 1 teaspoon if dried)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cups water
- Juice of half a lemon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon pure honey (optional, for sweetness)
Preparation
- Pour two cups of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the cinnamon stick and let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Add the rosemary and chamomile.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a cup.
- Add honey or lemon juice if desired.
You will obtain a golden, aromatic infusion that is comforting and easy to drink.
