Wrinkled skin on your hands and neck can make you look years older than your face, and you may hesitate every time you look in the mirror. Donald, a 70-year-old former carpenter, hated the roughness of his wrinkled skin until he started rubbing a few drops of extra virgin olive oil into the affected areas every night. Research suggests that natural compounds in olive oil, such as squalene and polyphenols, may help promote hydration and elasticity, improving the appearance of wrinkled skin.
