Gently heat the olive oil with the food (do not boil). Add the rosemary and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Let cool, strain and store in a glass jar.
Massage 1 tablespoon of oil into sore legs, feet, or joints every night.
For greater relief, wrap in a warm compress (optional).
For daily use: Many patients feel exhausted and tired after just a few sessions.
Alternatively, you can take it internally (rosemary infusion).
