- ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
- ½ cup Kalamata olives
- 150–200 g feta cheese (block, not crumbled)
Dressing
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
